Refund and Returns

At Évoria, we take great care in crafting elegant linen dresses tailored to elevate your everyday comfort and style. Many of our pieces are made-to-order, so we kindly ask you to review our return policy before purchasing.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For your item to be eligible for return, it must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Include all tags, labels, and packaging
  • Come with proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
  • Not be a made-to-order or customized product

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most Évoria dresses are tailored upon order, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • Items that were custom-made or personalized
  • Worn, damaged, or washed items
  • Orders returned due to incorrect size or style chosen by the customer
  • Change-of-mind returns

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping method for safety
  • Évoria is not liable for returns lost in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an item you didn’t order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Garments that have been altered or show signs of wear
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider delays may apply.
